Most orders ship within 1-2 business days from the time of the order is placed. Please note that transit times for the delivery method you select do not include order processing time.
Inventory Levels: There is the possibility that an item you purchase may not be available to ship to you. You will be contacted in 1-2 business days if you need to make a substitution on an unavailable item.
Backorders: Most items available for purchase online will be in stock, however, due to fluctuations in Internet sales, and variations in our various warehouse inventories certain items may not be available. If your order contains an item that is on backorder, you will be notified and your order will ship with whatever items are available. The amount of time for out of stock products to be replenished at our warehouses ranges from 1-2 weeks, but it may take longer depending on manufacturing schedules. We will ship your backordered items to you once they become available. You will not be charged for shipping backordered items however, you will be charged for your ENTIRE order at the time of purchase.
Canadian Orders - orders shipping to a Canadian address will ship from our Canadian warehouse and are subject to GST/HST
US Orders - orders shipping to a U.S address are not subject to GST/HST or state taxes. The customer is responsible for the cost of any duties or additional taxes imposed by US Customs.
Products may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase.
We accept product returns within 90 days of purchase against store credit only.
Returns after 60 days of purchase are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
Items marked clearance, seasonal or purchased at discounted rate are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returned products must be unopened, unused, in original packaging and in resalable condition.
Opened, used or partially used products cannot be returned unless deemed defective.
